Cause
Error in fuser swing arm function
Resolution
First thing to do is to restart machine by powering off main switch leaving for a minute to sit and restart. Machine reinitialisation may clear this error and you can work away
If a machine reboot does not stop error from reoccurring, restart machine in service mode
(Open the foot door, power off the main switch, hold down the "Utility/Counter" key on the keypad, power on and keep holding the key until the machine boots up in service mode, close the front door)
Then
Select Option 3 , (System Setting )
Select Option 1 , (Software DIPSW )
using arrows change the left most number to 36
using arrows change middle number to 1
select the right most setting to OFF
